This course is a celebration of your body...whatever shap it's in. The beautiful, flowing movements as well as the hip shimmied and bely rolls, develop back and abdominal muscles. Have fun while building confidence, poise, and flexibility. Something wonderful happens when women share in this celebration...just ask participants from our last class! We'll be working on the cabaret and tribal forms of the dance. Join us for this eight week class. Bring a long scarf or veil to wrap around hips.
