A group exercisingBoot Camp

A great way to get a full workout! This class primarily focuses on cardio drills, with a mini obstacle course. Followed by a stations segment, focusing on weights and endurance. Then lastly by an abs segment and a relaxing cool down

Powerhour

Power-hour consists of several different stations, focusing on cardio and weights. Followed by an abs section and a relaxing cool down. This class is a great way to get a good work out with your friends, at your own pace!

Beginner's Kickboxing

A great way to master the basics of kickboxing! This class is a low intensity class which primarily aims at teaching proper form and technique.

Butts & Gutts

A great way to relax and sculpt those problem areas at the same time! Butts and Gutts consist of calming mat exercises that focus on sculpting the abs, behind and thighs.

Cardio Kickboxing

A serious cardio and core body workout for both beginners and advanced participants! It is a 45-55 minute class of kickboxing followed by a hardcore abdominal workout.

YogaYoga

Learn skillful ways to relieve tension, build strength and flexibility, and rest in the deep peace of your true nature.  Yoga is good medicine for the stress-related discomforts of our hectic lifestyles, as well as a good practice in living with kindness towards yourself and others
