Spectrum: Inclusion

Description

The Spectrum/Task assignment was a project in which I worked collaboratively to present a teaching style in Muska Mosston’s spectrum of teaching.

Reflection

The Spectrum/Task Project was a great experience that has allowed me to take my hand at practicing a style of teaching that I was not familiar with. It had also allowed me the opportunity to integrate physical activity and health concepts.
