Help PSU raise $300,000 in scholarships for deserving students
The New Hampshire Charitable Foundation (NHCF) has offered a generous challenge grant in support of scholarships at Plymouth State! If PSU raises $200,000 in philanthropic support for scholarships by December 31, 2016, the NHCF will donate an additional $100,000. Think about it: that’s $300,000 that PSU can provide in scholarships to exceptional, deserving students who want a high-quality education in a close-knit and supportive academic community.
PSU is up to the challenge, but we need your help.
Scholarships help the University attract and retain the best and brightest applicants, and reduce the burden of student debt, which often influences a student’s choice of college and, in some cases, his or her ability to even attend college. By supporting scholarships at PSU, you become the direct link between deserving students and their dream of earning a college education.
“Selecting Plymouth State for my college career is one of the wisest choices I’ve made.
“My degree will be in tourism management and policy and I will be receiving a certificate in hospitality management as well as a minor in business administration. I’ve been actively involved on campus, working with the Habitat for Humanity Campus Chapter, Student Support Foundation, as an admissions representative and community advisor, and I am an Alternative Spring Break coordinator this year. I also spent a semester at the University of the Virgin Islands with the National Student Exchange program.
