Six former Panther all-stars have been inducted into the PSU Athletic Hall of Fame. This year’s annual banquet at Prospect Hall in October honored individuals from a wide range of sports.
The new inductees are (seen above, from left, back row) Paul Andrew ’96, men’s soccer standout and two-time Academic All-American; Mike Moffett ’78, men’s basketball rebounding record-holder who went on to become the school’s sports information director; (front row) Carl McAllister ’67, scoring and rebounding leader on the successful men’s basketball teams of the 1960s; Diane Cote-Burk ’78, Plymouth State gymnastics star who remains involved in the sport as a teacher/coach and elite-level judge; Kristen Hodsdon-Morissette ’94, captain and all-star of both the women’s basketball and softball teams; and Bill Flynn ’80, former Panther football player, and one of the stalwarts in the early years of the program.
“Each of this year’s inductees was selected because of his or her outstanding contributions to our institution,” said Hall of Fame Committee chair Peter Cofran ’74.
