An exploration of women’s primal and instinctive ferocity, a source of deep power and
protectiveness. The Karl Drerup Art Gallery and the Women’s Caucus for Art (WCA),
New Hampshire chapter, presents artwork by WCA artists addressing questions of women’s wild strength: when, how, and why do we access our feelings of our inner wild animal? How does our current culture embrace/reject ferocity in women?
Juror: Saisha M. Grayson, Assistant Curator, Elizabeth A. Sackler Center for Feminist Art, Brooklyn Museum.
Opening reception Tuesday February 5, 4:00-7:00, with remarks by Dr. Saisha Grayson, juror.
