This exhibition celebrates the multitude of talent, work, and passion of PSU student artists and the total spectrum of PSU’s Art program. Every year, all students are invited to submit their best work, no matter where they are in their development. The external jurors are asked to make selections from three levels.

Location: Museum of the White Mountains, Main Gallery

Long a site of collaborative research for scientists, for the last decade the Hubbard Brook Experimental Forest has encouraged artists to join their ongoing conversations. The artists in the exhibition have all spent time in the forest and with the scientists. While the form of their work varies, all of it is in conversation with the ecosystems of the forest and the research community.

Dedicated to the art of the unique print, the Monotype Guild of New England is a national, nonprofit organization that fosters understanding and appreciation of monotypes and monoprints.

Highlighting new and recent work by PSU Art faculty members, this exhibit highlights the innovative explorations going on in faculty studios. The exhibit shines a light on the current and exceptional art being made by PSU Art Faculty members and shares them with the campus and community.

Opening Reception: October 8, 2022, 5:00pm-7:00pm

Location: Silver Center for the Arts, Lobby Gallery

This exhibition highlights Plymouth State University student artwork acquired annually by the University President. These pieces were selected from the Annual Student Juried Art Exhibit and are now part of the President’s Permanent Collection. Students whose work was chosen received an award and are honored by having their work become part of the collection. Throughout the years, this collection has grown and is available for loan to display in offices across campus.

The annual BFA capstone exhibition features the work, passion, and educational journey of PSU senior art students. This year our shows present the culmination of 18 student artists’ experiences at PSU. The exhibitions feature student work in graphic design, painting, and multimedia.

Celebrating artistic achievements by area youth, this exhibit is presented in collaboration with area art teachers. This exhibit provides a month-long moment and space to highlight the excellent educational experiences art teachers have developed, making visible both the magic of the artworks, AND the design and intention of the educator that makes it possible.
