Anne has worked in the Lamson Learning Commons for more than two decades, most recently as the Outreach Librarian. She fell in love with libraries while doing research for competitive speech and debate tournaments, in both high school and college. During her years of competition, Anne qualified for five national tournaments. Not surprisingly, she loves to read and revels in crime novels and young adult literature (and writes reviews for  School  Library Journal) during her free time.

Anne’s research and outreach focus involves introducing middle school students to the academic library environment where they can make use of quality information resources for school projects.

In addition to her outreach duties, Anne provides research assistance to students at the Reference Desk and leads library instruction sessions for courses in Business, Health & Human Performance, and Psychology. Anne lives in Campton with her husband and family.
