Counseling Approach and Areas of Specialization

Kayle strongly believes in the relationship between counselor and client and the impact it can have on client goals. Kayle believes that there is no “one size fits all” approach to counseling. Rather, using an Eclectic approach with a foundation in Strength Based theories and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, we will work together to formulate goals and a treatment plan that makes the most sense for you.

Kayle enjoys spending time with her 3 dogs, learning new crafts, embroidering, writing, reading, baking and doing escape rooms.
