Paige Paradise is the new coordinator of Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access at PSU’s IDEA Center and is the first to fill the role. Paige first came to PSU in the fall of 2019 and began her undergraduate program as a marketing major. During her time as an undergraduate student, Paige was involved in a variety of different organizations with different leadership roles, including Admissions, Residential Life, Music Theatre Dance (Silver Center), Greek Life, and the Student Business Advisory Council (SBAC). Following her early graduation in May of 2022, Paige returned to PSU to further her education and entered PSU’s one-year Master of Business Administration (MBA) Cohort Program in General Management.

During her time in her graduate program, Paige became the first graduate assistant at the IDEA Center (formerly known as the Center for Diversity, Equity, & Social Justice). In her role as a GA, Paige oversaw the center’s Social Justice Leadership program, consisting of undergraduate students that worked to advance inclusion, diversity, equity, and access across the campus. She also developed and established several initiatives and programs, such as PSU’s annual Multicultural Fair, where students come together to share their different identities and cultures with the campus at large. Following the completion of her MBA, she took on the new coordinator role to continue growing the programs she helped develop during her time as a GA.
