Timothy Rhyne was named director of human resources in 2022. Rhyne is an accomplished and forward-thinking HR leader with over 20 years of experience, including serving in executive roles with the state of Arizona, county of Ventura and county of San Bernardino in California, and the town of Westerly in Rhode Island. He is well seasoned at being impactful in human resources programs and is committed to a leadership style that will grow and motivate an organization to achieve. Rhyne obtained his master of public administration degree from the University of Southern California and BA in political science from California State University Northridge, and is certified as a senior professional in human resources by the Human Resources Certification Institute.
