Marissa works for Yale Appliance and Lighting. She writes for their website and works closely with their clients. Marissa is the middle man for the company, often coordinating appointments, repairs and deliveries. Marissa works closely with the content manager to produce content for their website on many different topics and after five months is already moving her way into the marketing department with her writing. She aspires to get a position as a content manager or publisher. Marissa loves her job and the people she works with. To recent alumni, Marissa says, “if you aren’t in your dream job right away, that is okay! Don’t give up. Work your way up!”
