About Me: Patti May has worked in Plymouth Academic Support Services/TRIO Student Support Services since 2008 and has been Director since 2014. She previously held positions at PSU in the Office of Teacher Certification and Undergraduate Studies. In her work with TRIO programs, Patti is an active participant in the New England Educational Opportunities Association and the New Hampshire Educational Opportunities Association. When not working, she enjoys traveling, kayaking, spending time with her best friend and husband, Patrick, and “meetings” with fur-babies, Pete and Ozzie.

About Me: Angie Ricciardi has been running the tutoring program here at PSU since 2008, and she has been teaching part-time for the English Department at PSU since 2001. In her role as Associate Director, she is an active member of the College Reading and Learning Association, the New Hampshire Educational Opportunities Association; and the New England Educational Opportunities Association. When not working, she enjoys reading, writing, cooking, running, hiking, and Jazzercise. She lives with her family and pets in Plymouth, NH.

About Me: Domenica “Dom” Medaglia-Brown has been at Plymouth State since 2008, first working in Residential Life and then in 2016 transitioning to the PASS office where they work as an Educational Coordinator with our TRIO students. They live in town with their spouse, two kids and dog. They enjoy volunteer work with children, reading about historical events, and watching funny movies.

About Me: John Silk joined the PASS Office Team as an Education Coordinator in May of 2023. He received his bachelor's degree in Earth Science from Vassar College and his master's in environmental studies with a focus in education from Antioch University New England. John has a deep passion for the environment and enjoys hiking and exploring the wilderness with his wife, Katie, when they are not busy playing with their cat, Miss K. He is also a musician and an avid collector of all things Star Wars.

About Me: Becca is a recent PSU graduate and the newest member of the PASS office team. She completed her bachelor's in psychology at PSU in December of 2023 and joined the PASS office shortly after. Becca is passionate about education and research and loves helping students feel more confident in their higher education journey. Outside of the office, Becca enjoys reading, cooking, running, and spending time with her partner. Becca is also a musician and loves listening to all kinds of music.
