Active Living, Learning, and Wellness (ALLWell) North is an advanced academic and athletic complex that strengthens the connection between classroom learning and hands-on experiences for students majoring in programs including Athletic Training, Adventure Education, Health, Physical Education, and Exercise and Sport Physiology.
The 107,600-square-foot complex includes a large-scale, multi-use space that not only supports PSU’s Department of Health and Human Performance’s academic, research, and outreach activities but also provides students with safe, attractive, and modern athletics and recreational facilities, including an indoor track and tennis courts.

ALLWell North Striders
ALLWell North Building and Walking Schedule

Community Tennis Program
No tennis sessions at this time. Check mid-December for January/February options.
The Striders program is sponsored by the PSU Center for Healthy Communities and ALLWell North at no fee for community members to run or walk on the 200-meter indoor track. These times are also dedicated for PSU students, faculty, and staff.
Please bring and wear only clean, indoor running/walking shoes to preserve the track surface.

Directions
To arrive at ALLWell North from all points north and south take I-93 to exit 25. Turn right onto Rt. 175A. Take a right on N. River Road (.4 miles from off ramp, before crossing over the bridge into Plymouth). At 1/4 mile, on the right, is the driveway entrance to the building. To enter the parking garage take an immediate left, then right. The bus parking/drop-off zone is indicated in the circle in front of the building.
Parking
The covered parking area has a capacity of 144 spaces. The cost is $.50 per hour and payment is made at one of the two parking kiosks located in the garage area. The kiosk only accepts quarters or a credit card. After retrieving your ticket, please clearly display it on your vehicle dashboard before entering the building for use.
